Transit Coverage is an optional add-on for orders with a crystal value between $501 and $1,500.

All Soul of Lemuria orders are packaged with great care. Transit Coverage applies only in the rare event that a crystal arrives broken during shipping.

If breakage occurs, Transit Coverage is fulfilled with a store credit equal to the crystal value.

Please note

• Crystals are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced
• Transit Coverage applies to breakage during shipping only
• Does not cover loss or theft by the carrier
• Photos of the package and item are required within 24 hours of delivery
• Shipping costs are not included in store credit

Transit Coverage add-ons do not apply to items over $1,500.
High-value pieces are shipped with carrier insurance and signature confirmation arranged individually.
