Shipping & Return Policy

SHIPPING: Soul of Lemuria charges a $9 flat rate shipping charge regardless of weight or size. We also offer $12 flat rate shipping if you would like to add mail insurance to your order.  All orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail. 

International Shipping is available. Rates depend on the total weight and where it is being shipped.  If the item should be returned to Soul of Lemuria because their was an error on the shipping address you supplied, we will invoice you for it to be reshipped and repackaged. If you refuse delivery for any reason, a refund will not be granted because the customer is responsible for any duty fees and knowledge of those fees. 

Tracking and ongoing updates are provided via email. 

OPEN BOX: SOL offers "Open Box" shipping.  This means that your order will be held for up to 2 weeks.  A free shipping code will be emailed to you that you can use if you would like to add to your box over those 2 weeks.  Simply use this code when checking out and you will not be charged additional shipping. You can close your box at any time and we will ship.  If you are outside of the United States, we offer 1 month open boxes.  Please email us, or DM us in IG so we can arrange this for you before checking out. 

INSURANCE: Packages mailed via USPS are automatically insured for $50.  If you would like additional insurance for your package, please choose the $12 flat rate shipping method which fully insures your package.  Please see returns and exchanges below for more information. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Given the nature of minerals, we will not give partial or full refunds for items with slight imperfections that are discovered by you at home. These imperfections are natural and common place with raw/natural products. SOL is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise after it has left our store and in the hands of the shipping agent. Additionally, SOL is not responsible for: Delays or any additional fees associated with USPS or customs. 

All sale merchandise is considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase from SOL. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.

Lastly, SOL reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.
