SHIPPING: Soul of Lemuria charges a $9 flat rate shipping charge regardless of weight or size. We do not do holds or “build-a-box’s” at this time. All orders are shipped via USPS first class or priority mail.
International Shipping is available. Rates depend on the total weight and where it is being shipped. If the item should be returned to Soul of Lemuria because their was an error on the shipping address you supplied, we will invoice you for it to be reshipped and repackaged. If you refuse delivery for any reason, a refund will not be granted because the customer is responsible for any duty fees and knowledge of those fees.
Tracking and ongoing updates are provided via email.
INSURANCE: Packages mailed via USPS are automatically insured for $50. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please choose the $12 flat rate shipping method which fully insures your package. Please see returns and exchanges below for more information.
OPEN BOXES: You may use the code "OPENBOX" and write it in the notes section at check out. That will mean that you pay your shipping fee now and we will hold your open box no longer than 3 weeks, or until the next Live Sale, whichever comes first. A Free Shipping code will be emailed to you for use on future purchases during the Open Box. If you purchase something and would like us to mail your items before the scheduled time, simply use the code CLOSEBOX in the notes section at check out and we will mail your box.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: Given the nature of minerals, we will not give partial or full refunds for items with slight imperfections that are discovered by you at home. These imperfections are natural and common place with raw/natural products. SOL is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged merchandise after it has left our store and in the hands of the shipping agent. Additionally, SOL is not responsible for: Delays or any additional fees associated with USPS or customs.
All sale merchandise is considered final sale. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase from SOL. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
