Shipping & Return Policy
SHIPPING: Soul of Lemuria charges a $9 flat-rate shipping fee regardless of weight or size. All domestic orders are shipped via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Tracking information and delivery updates are provided via email once your order ships.
International shipping is available. Rates are calculated based on total weight and destination.
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees, as well as familiarity with their country’s import regulations.
If an order is returned to Soul of Lemuria due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer will be invoiced for reshipment and repackaging.
If delivery is refused for any reason, refunds will not be issued.
Soul of Lemuria is not responsible for delays, fees, or issues related to customs processing or international carriers.
OPEN BOX: Soul of Lemuria offers an Open Box option.
Domestic open boxes may be held for up to 4 weeks. A free shipping code will be emailed to you and may be used to add additional items to your box without incurring extra shipping charges. You may request shipment at any time.
International customers may request Open Box holds of up to 2 months. Please contact us via email or Instagram DM prior to checkout to arrange this.
If a large USPS Priority box is filled, the order will be shipped automatically.
TRANSIT COVERAGE & SIGNATURE CONFIRMATION:
All Soul of Lemuria orders are packaged with great care.
Transit Coverage is an optional add-on available at checkout for U.S. shipments only and applies to items with a crystal value of up to $1,500.
Transit Coverage applies only if a crystal arrives broken during shipping and is fulfilled via store credit equal to the crystal value.
Crystals are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced.
Transit Coverage:
• Applies to breakage during transit only
• Does not apply to lost or stolen packages
• Does not apply to international shipments
Signature Confirmation is an optional add-on that requires a recipient signature at delivery. This service helps reduce the risk of theft or misdelivery but does not guarantee delivery timing.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
Due to the natural and raw nature of minerals, slight imperfections are normal and expected. These characteristics are not considered defects.
All items are final sale. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Soul of Lemuria is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once in the carrier’s possession, except where optional Transit Coverage has been purchased and applies.
Soul of Lemuria is not responsible for:
• Carrier delays
• Customs processing delays or fees
• Duties or import taxes
• Packages marked delivered by the carrier
