This offering includes a 45-minute private energy healing session, held intuitively and without a predetermined agenda. Energy healing is not predictive, and no specific outcomes are decided in advance. Each session unfolds according to what your system is ready to engage with in the moment.

Sessions are offered remotely via Zoom or phone. Jen is not offering in-person energy healing sessions at this time.

Following your session, Jen will intuitively select a crystal companion and mail it to you. The crystal is chosen after the session as a physical reflection of the healing energy present and a crystal companion that intuitively feels would be a helpful crystal companion.  It will also serve as a grounding reminder of the healing that we did together!

This offering is designed to provide space, support, and continuity without pressure or expectation.
